From the worksite

That age-old adage “Rome wasn’t built in a day” may be a cliché but everyone must start somewhere. From humble beginnings, we began shipping protective eyewear from our bedroom. With support from our amazing community of customers, SafeStyle quickly outgrew our original worksite. Well, that and Dad wanted us out of the house. Fast-forward a few years and we’re growing rapidly and need to put out a call for help.

Our mission has been, and always will be, simple: to provide fashion-forward protective eyewear that anyone can wear from the worksite to the weekend.

With our roots firmly planted in home soil, we collaborate with some of the biggest names in Australia and seek to set a footprint globally. Our goal is world domination, but not at the expense of Mother Nature. We aspire to give back to the community and put the environment at the forefront of everything we do.

SafeStyle is on the hunt for an enthusiastic, passionate logistics & customer service assistant to assist the Logistics Ops Manager.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, efficient Logistics and Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The will play a crucial role in coordinating and ensuring smooth operations of our supply chain and customer care. Interested? We'd love to hear from you.

We all got 'em. Skills that put the bank in the back pocket. As our new Logistics and Customer Service Assistant, you’ll need to deliver on Key Responsibilities

Additionally have a solid understanding of the below (but not limited to)

1. Proven experience as a logistics assistant or relevant role.

3. Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software and Microsoft Office.

4. Outstanding organisational and coordination abilities.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Do you tick all the boxes?

We know it is hard to tick all the boxes (so don't worry too much if you don't) but if you want to upgrade your status to full-blown legend, you’ll be around the points below:

You may come from a safety, surf, lifestyle, adventure, action sports, hardware background (we’re sure there are others we haven’t thought of)

Experience in Logistics and Customer Care experience would be great.

There's no ‘I’ in team - we leave ego at the door, as we are all continually learning, and everyone has something to contribute

A day in the life of you!

Will include managing the following Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)

Assist in coordinating and monitoring Logistics operations.

Assist in 3PL (Third-party logistics) management.

Assist in customer care management.

Assist in Creating Stock and Customer service Reports.

Assist in tracking, coordinating, and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.

Data Entry for Manual orders

Maintaining warehouse organisation

Liaising with Production, Warehouse, Logistics and Sales teams to ensure meeting and exceeding customers’ service expectations.
