About the role

This full-time Wholesale Sales support role at INOVIT Pty Ltd offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company based in South Granville, NSW. We are an aftermarket Allow Wheel design and wholesale business within the automotive industry. As part of the Sales team, you’ll be the right-hand person to our Sales Manager, helping manage our local wholesale accounts and ensuring orders get out the door efficiently.

This isn't just a desk job. You'll spend your time supporting clients, processing orders, and getting hands-on in the warehouse to help dispatch orders. If you love a dynamic role where no two days are the same, we want to hear from you!

What you'll be doing

Assisting the Sales team in achieving their sales targets and objectives

Providing exceptional customer service and support to both new and existing clients

Handling sales inquiries, processing orders, and following up on customer requests in a timely and efficient manner

Conducting market research and staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Maintaining accurate and detailed sales records and documentation

Helping picking and dispatch the orders

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in a sales or account management role

Drivers License required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools

A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service

Flexibility and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
