About us

This is a family-run chiropractic centre in Tamworth NSW. Within the practice we have 1 chiropractor and 1 massage therapist. You will work closely with our practice manager.

We strive to provide a welcoming and friendly environment.

You will be the first point of contact. Your attitude, skills and ability to prioritise your tasks will be imperative to providing such an atmosphere. You will be able to interact with a wide range of people. You will also have an eye for detail in administrative tasks.

Qualifications & experience

Cash handling experience preferred.

Admin experience preferred.

Health care terminology and demonstration of strong written communication skills would be beneficial.

Previous use of healthcare software would be beneficial.

Some knowledge of chiropractic or allied healthcare would be beneficial.

Working with Children Check required

Tasks & responsibilities

Interacting with patients in a friendly, welcoming and empathetic manner.

Handling sensitive health information.

Managing appointments and clinic workflow.

Admin duties.

Cash handling.

Assist chiropractor with some report writing.

Communicate with other health practices and third parties.

While there is initial training and ongoing support, your role will be mostly self-directed.

Working Mon, Tues, Fri and half day Thurs. (Approximately 8am - 630pm with a break in the middle of the day).
