Back to Basics Chiropractic is a busy multi-practitioner clinic located in Kogarah. We are looking for an additional Receptionist to join our Administration Team. This is a part-time role and will be approximately 25-30 hours per week, with the potential to grow for the right candidate.
The position will involve the following:
General reception duties including: answering phones, scheduling appointments, and taking payments.
Opening and closing procedures of the clinic.
Typing of medical letters and other documents.
Basic account keeping.
General cleaning duties.
The successful applicant will:
Display exceptional customer service skills.
Have a friendly and charismatic persona as well as a confident phone manner.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and be able to think on their feet.
Be well presented and display a high level of personal grooming, consistent with a clinical environment.
Be proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel.
Must be able to work Monday to Friday & occasional Saturday mornings (8am-12pm).
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, however it is not necessary as full training will be provided.
