We are seeking a motivated Virtual Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers – answering calls, managing messages, booking appointments, and completing general administrative tasks.

This role requires flexibility, as we operate 24/7. You must be available to rotate across a roster that includes day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Previous Applicants need not apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering inbound calls in a professional and friendly manner

Message taking and appointment scheduling

Email management and general admin duties

Representing a range of clients across different industries

We are looking for someone who:

Has excellent communication and customer service skills

Is highly organised and detail-oriented

Can work independently and remain calm under pressure

Has flexibility to work across a rotating 24/7 roster where we do pay the award, therefore Penalty rates are paid.
