About this role
At NCI, our clients are at the centre of everything we do. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Client Service Manager (CSM), to take over an existing portfolio of clients within Queensland. This role is key in ensuring exceptional service, maintaining client relationships and renewing policies as well as identifying opportunities for cross-selling. Based out of the Brisbane CBD, our QLD team is close-knit and high performing. Thorough training will be provided.
Daily activities include:
- Conducting face-to-face client visits (within Brisbane and at times, regional QLD).
- Assisting with client queries regarding NCI's products and services.
- Conducting demonstrations of relevant NCI's products as needed.
- Acting as an intermediary between NCI 's client and insurance providers.
- Assessing the needs of clients, understanding their risks, and promoting suitable insurance policies to meet those requirements.
Comprehensive training and a detailed handover will be provided, along with a vehicle or car allowance to support your client visits.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Demonstrate prior experience in a face-to-face client service/customer retention role.
- Demonstrate an ability to develop rapport and relationships.
- Demonstrate experience in a professional, business to business environment.
- Demonstrate knowledge of insurance and/or trade credit (or a strong desire to learn).
- Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires regular touch points with your clients.
- Be able to pick up new concepts and explain them with ease to clients.
- Be a confident communicator and be comfortable working collaboratively within a small team.
