ILS Operations Officer

12-month contract opportunity | Canberra, ACT | NV1 Clearance Required

Support Australia’s mission in cyberspace through advanced logistics and sustainment operations.

Calleo is seeking an experienced ILS Operations Officer to join a high-performing Defence Program Office ensuring smooth coordination of logistics and operational activities. This role monitors performance, supports field operations, and contributes to the implementation of efficient operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor operational performance and logistics flow.
• Coordinate with field teams and supply chain.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of operational services.
• Develop and implement operational plans and procedures.
• Monitor and report on operational activities and outcomes.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting operational performance.
• Provide support and guidance to operational staff.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, ICT, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Project Management certification.
• SAFe® Practitioner certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics leadership, including team management
• Experience providing data analysis to enable strategic outcomes
• ASDEFCON or Engineer/ILS Artefact Development.
• Experience operating within a Defence environment or similar.
• Complex Stakeholder Engagement.
