We’re seeking a Service Delivery & Enablement Lead to ensure our customers receive smooth, consistent, and high-quality service.

This is not a hands-on technical role. Instead, you’ll succeed by applying policies, managing processes, and working with internal experts to resolve issues. You’ll be the calm, practical voice that customers turn to when they need things done right.

What you’ll do:

Ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met, in line with ITIL best practice (desirable).

Act as a customer escalation point, resolving issues and supporting reviews.

Apply company processes and policies consistently, ensuring compliance.

Keep service records and documentation accurate and up to date.

Work with operations and sales teams to support renewals and reporting.

What we’re looking for:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication — able to explain processes clearly to customers.

Practical problem-solver with common sense, calm under pressure.

Experience in service delivery, operations, or customer-facing coordination.

Background could be IT, telco, utilities, finance, logistics, or facilities.

Comfortable with service/workflow tools (e.g. ConnectWise, ServiceNow).
