The Role: 180 Recruitment Consultant – Nursing

This is a pure recruitment role focused on the candidate side. You'll be supported by a team managing client relationships and job flow your job is to engage, place, and support nurses through the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Source and engage nurses for contract, locum, or temp roles across Australia

Match candidates with live job opportunities through our hospital PSA network

Build strong, long-term relationships with candidates and provide support from first call to placement

Stay up to date on market trends and workforce needs to add value to your desk

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

Have experience in recruitment healthcare experience is a plus but not essential

Are confident, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Build rapport easily and genuinely care about candidate outcomes
