About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage a 360 permanent desk, handling the full recruitment cycle from client sourcing to candidate placement. You will build your own client base, supported by a BDM, a list of lapsed clients, and a collaborative team.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Recruitment
• Proven track record of sourcing and securing new clients
• Experience managing a 360 Permanent Desk
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• CRM experience (preferred)
