Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant

Are you a driven Recruiter ready to take ownership of your desk and build something from the ground up? We’re looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Aged Care temp team, focused on the WA market.
This is a growing desk with huge potential. You’ll have access to our current WA candidate pool and some established clients / warm leads, but the real opportunity lies in your ability to develop and grow this desk into a high-performing portfolio. You’ll be backed by experienced leadership, compliance support, an After-Hours team, and full inhouse training to give you all the tools to succeed.

Who are we looking for?

• Someone with Recruitment or Sales experience, ideally on a temp/contracts desk.
• Prior experience in Healthcare / Aged Care Recruitment would be advantageous but isn't essential.
• A go-getter who thrives on new business development and building relationships.
• Strong compliance mindset and a genuine passion for making a difference.
• Must have Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or a clear pathway.
