Recruitment Consultant – Perm or Temp Desk

E4 Recruitment is expanding! We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Sydney team – with both permanent and labour hire temp desks available, depending on where your strengths lie.

About the role:

• 360 recruitment – client management, business development & candidate care
• Manage and continue to grow your own desk in either temp labour hire or permanent recruitment
• Work across the aged care and healthcare sectors
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Collaborate with your team while having full ownership of your desk

Experience and Skills required:

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant - minimum 6-months
• Enjoys building relationships and takes pride in delivering great service
• Is motivated, proactive, and loves hitting goals
• Wants to be part of a supportive and high-energy team
• Has experience in healthcare or aged care recruitment (ideal, but not essential)
