Health, Safety & HR Officer – Perth Office / Site-Based

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Health, Safety & HR Officer to join our team. This role offers a unique blend of office-based and site-based work, supporting our operations and ensuring the highest standards in workplace safety and human resources management.

Location: Perth (office-based), with regular visits to site
Hours: Monday – Friday, approximately 40 hours per week
Work Arrangement: Flexible – typically 50% office, 50% site, subject to operational requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain workplace health, safety, and HR policies and procedures.

Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

Provide guidance and training to staff on health, safety, and HR matters.

Investigate incidents, report findings, and recommend preventative measures.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

Requirements:

Relevant qualification in Health & Safety, HR, or a related field.

Proven experience in a similar Health, Safety, and HR role, ideally in a dynamic operational environment.

Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to changing site requirements.
