NQ Dry Tropics is seeking a HR & WHS Coordinator to join its Corporate Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about ensuring the wellbeing and safety of more than 50 staff working in the office and out in the field.

Requirements

Tertiary qualifications in HR or WHS, or demonstrated experience in similar roles.

High-level interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) and the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, identify problems, and suggest solutions.

High-level organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise work activities to meet competing deadlines in a demanding, busy environment, and demonstrate attention to detail and thoroughness in all aspects of work.
