Full-Time | East Brisbane | Independent School Sector

Are you a people-focused HR professional ready to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and values-driven school environment? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dedicated HR team.

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this full time position is central to delivering high-quality HR support across the school. You'll be the go to person for recruitment, onboarding, compliance and HR operations - ensuring our people feel supported from day one.

  • Tech-savvy with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A collaborative team player with a passion for people and process
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
