Role: Human Resources Advisor
Status: Full Time, 18 Month Contract (with possibility of extension)
Location: Toowong Head Office and Mancel College, Fig Tree Pocket (hybrid across both sites)

The role:
We’re looking for a proactive, people focused HR Advisor to deliver end-to-end recruitment, WHS coordination, and generalist HR support. This is a hands on role where you’ll make a visible impact, finding the right people, improving processes, and helping our teams thrive.
You’ll:
Run recruitment and onboarding that gets the right people into the right roles
Coordinate WHS compliance and wellbeing initiatives
Provide practical HR advice across the employee lifecycle
Keep HR systems, records and reporting accurate and up to date
Be part of a small but amazing HR Team
You bring:
3–5 years in a generalist HR role
Strong recruitment and WHS coordination skills
Knowledge of Australian employment law
A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
We offer:
Salary Packaging: May boost take-home pay by up to $7,500 p.a.
17.5% leave loading, paid parental leave, 1 day health screening leave
Annual salary increments + 3% EA increases (In line with EA)
