Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with marketing managers to understand event requirements

Prepare presentations and documentation for event briefs

Book and coordinate talent

Manage logistics and scheduling

Provide solutions and suggest best practices drawn from past events

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in event coordination/management

Proficiency in using Mac systems

Strong customer service skills with a professional approach

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at once

Passionate about growing and developing a career in marketing and events

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (highly regarded)

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by event schedules
