The Opportunity

As one of our Event Managers, you’ll become a driving force in the operational heart of our projects. You’ll build and execute detailed Project Plans, manage hands-on logistics, work closely with talented suppliers and bring bold brand stories to life through flawless event delivery. You’ll take the lead in creating detailed budgets with our Account Managers and be accountable for project profitability, team scheduling and ensuring supplier excellence, all while keeping our Standard Operating Procedures truly best-in-class.

What You’ll Do

Lead logistics from initial concept to curtain close for in-person, hybrid and digital events - no detail too small!

Set up rock-solid Project Plans, ensuring every phase is meticulously mapped for success.

Source, negotiate with, and manage suppliers and venues, keeping everyone dialled in and delivering to our high standards.

Build and manage budgets, working with Account Managers to maximise project profitability.

Keep team time management on point, balancing resources for creativity and bottom-line performance.

Oversee delegate registration, travel, accommodation and on-the-day experience with your eye for seamless detail.

Drive compliance, update and refine SOPs and ensure every project reflects our obsession with quality.

Foster open communication, learn and share and be a champion for new ideas and better ways of working.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years in event/project management - bonus points for hybrid/online expertise!

Logistics wizardry and an unwavering eye for detail.

Budget creation, financial acumen and proven profitability management.

Superpowers in supplier negotiation and team coordination.

Experience with event tech (EventsAir, Cvent), project planning tools, and standard office apps.

A passion for collaboration, process improvement and delivering wow-factor moments.
