The role:
This role will support the integration of Queensland Ambulance Service identities into the enterprise Queensland Health Identity and Access Management solution called Access Manager. As an integral member of the project team, you will provide Tier 2 support during site go-live and a Hypercare periods. You will work closely with the operational teams to ensure alignment with service standards and successful transition to operations.

To be successful in the role, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Demonstrated ability in developing and managing ITIL Service Management processes, primarily incident/problem/test/change and configuration management.
- Experience in managing the day to day system administration of enterprise applications.
- Well-developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions.
- Demonstrated ability in meeting customer needs and expectations
- Understanding or proven ability to quickly learn impacts of other technologies or environments such as databases, servers and networking.
- Experience with service management of Identity and Access for a large organisation is desirable.
Please note that there will be a requirement for this role to participate in on-call arrangements.
While experience in health care is not a mandatory requirement, we highly value candidates who have demonstrated relevant experience in clinical systems, health IT, or digital health.
