Randstad Digital are seeking two experienced and highly capable IT Support Officers for a 3-month contract to join a dedicated team supporting a major corporate client in Brisbane. This is a hands-on, on-site role where you will be working directly within the client's city office, providing essential IT service desk and desktop support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level IT support, addressing a wide range of technical issues.
• Manage and resolve tickets as part of a busy IT service desk.
• Perform desktop support tasks, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Assist users with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Work collaboratively with the client's team to ensure smooth IT operations.
