About the Role

Use your troubleshooting and communication skills to deliver outstanding service and solutions to our valued customers. You’ll work with Ag Leader’s precision agriculture products, including:

Auto guidance and steering systems

Rate controllers

Yield monitors

Mapping and farm management software

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to Ag Leader dealers and farmers, primarily via phone and digital platforms

Deliver training sessions to dealers, showcasing product benefits and features

Conduct on-site visits with dealers where necessary to troubleshoot problems

About You

You’re passionate about agriculture and driven by solving real-world problems. You bring:

A degree in Agriculture, Engineering, or a relevant technical field—or equivalent experience

Understanding of basic electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems

Confidence in presenting to groups, from small workshops to large events

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

A collaborative spirit and great sense of humour

Excellent communication skills to build lasting relationships with dealers and customers

Hands-on experience with precision ag technology and software

Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
