Looking to grow your career in finance without the pressure of sales targets? At Synergy, we’re a dynamic team of mortgage and finance professionals helping everyday Australians and businesses access smarter lending solutions. We’re now looking for a Loan Processor / Broker Support superstar to join us in our Toowoomba or Maroochydore office.

You'll support both home loan and asset finance applications — and gain hands-on experience with commercial finance along the way.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the engine behind our brokers, you’ll play a vital role in:

Preparing and lodging home loan and vehicle/equipment finance applications

Liaising with banks, clients, and third-party channels (solicitors, real estate agents, accountants and aggregators)

Collecting and reviewing supporting documents (income, ID, assets/liabilities)

Tracking loan applications through to settlement

Ensuring files meet compliance and lender requirements

Maintaining CRM and workflow systems (Mercury, ApplyOnline, etc.)

Providing general admin and post-settlement support

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in loan processing or broker support (home or asset finance) would be advantageous

Strong attention to detail and process-driven thinking

Confidence in speaking with clients, lenders, and BDMs

Ability to manage multiple deals at once and meet tight deadlines

Experience with aggregator systems like Mercury or SalesTrekker is a plus

A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn commercial lending

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook), Adobe, and database navigation.
