About the Role

Based in St. Leonards, NSW, this Technical Support Specialist position plays a key role in supporting both internal and external stakeholders across the APAC region. You’ll provide advanced technical and customer service for our SureSmile orthodontic software—troubleshooting, guiding case planning, processing orders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and enjoys problem-solving, multitasking, and making a positive impact on patient care.

What You’ll Do

Manage software and order-related enquiries via phone and email

Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues (STL/DICOM files, software navigation, integrations)

Process customer orders, updates, and returns in ERP systems

Liaise with internal teams including manufacturing, supply chain, and digital lab

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely communication with customers

Support continuous improvement of customer support processes

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer or technical support role

Dental/Orthodontic experience or knowledge is highly regarded

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, AX, SAP, etc.)

Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

A team player with high attention to detail and a customer-first mindset

Availability to work flexible hours to support APAC region
