Your Qualifications & Experience:

Proven track record managing tenders up to $10m in value.

Minimum 5 years experience estimating commercial construction new builds.

Proficient in Cubit estimating software.

Strong skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project.

Excellent communication and reporting skills (both written and verbal).

Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to accurately interpret construction drawings, contracts, and technical specifications to determine scope and costs.

Capable of providing a turnkey tendering solution, managing the entire process from tender receipt to project award.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Review and interpret project documentation, including specifications, drawings, and BOQs.

Work closely with team members to ensure all RFT deliverables (pricing and non-pricing) are met.

Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.

Prepare detailed BOQs and cost plans for internal review.

Engage with stakeholders and maintain client liaison throughout the tender process.

Develop programmes, methodologies, and staging plans as part of tender submissions.

Provide a comprehensive handover of project information to the Construction team.

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the business.

Measure quantities and calculate costs for variations.

Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Involvement in pre-bid meetings, client negotiations, and handover processes.

Collaborate with Project Managers on live projects, assisting with contract administration and procurement.
