You’ll need

• 3+ years’ experience in a facade/commercial windows estimating role
• Proven ability to communicate with site teams regarding variations
• Confidence in contributing to client meetings professionally
• Proficiency in Bluebeam is highly regarded
• Ability to interpret drawings, reports and technical data.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and solid organisational habits
• A proactive, accountable approach to managing responsibilities
