We’re seeking an experienced Sales Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our team and play a pivotal role in pricing, planning and shaping some of the region’s most exciting architectural homes, whilst contributing to the growth and success of Greenbuild.

You’ll work on bespoke, design-led homes, collaborating directly with our in-house architecture team and contributing to everything from concept cost plans to final contract pricing.

We manage 4–5 large-scale custom builds at a time, each averaging 12–18 months (sometimes more depending on scale), and deliver premium homes through a fully integrated design-and-construct model with our in-house architecture team.

📐 The Role - Sales Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

You’ll be responsible for producing accurate estimates, cost plans, BOQs and tender submissions during the design and quoting phase of our projects. Also contribute to the business processes and software systems implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare BOQs and detailed cost estimates

Assist sales quoting and value engineering

Develop tender specs and trade packages

Obtain subcontractor and supplier pricing

Help lead the upgrade and rollout of new estimating software

Interface with our design team and construction/ site team.

You’ll Bring:

3+ years’ experience in residential estimating

Bluebeam, Buildxact, Wunderbuild, Excel, or similar estimating platform experience

Strong attention to detail and pricing accuracy

Strong understanding of estimating/ quantity surveying practices, tendering processes and estimating software

👤 About You

You’re methodical, systems-minded, and enjoy creating clarity and control through great documentation and diligence.

You’ll bring:

3+ years of residential estimating / quantity surveying experience (custom or high-end preferred)

Strong understanding of building methods, materials, and pricing across trades

Proficiency in Bluebeam, Cubit, Buildxact, Wunderbuild, Excel or similar estimating / project management tools

Clear written and verbal communication skills

A proactive, self-managed approach to workload and collaboration

Bonus Points For:

Qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying

Exposure to a range of estimating platforms and digital tools

Experience using software such as Smartsheet or SketchUp (not essential)
