A Bit About the Role

You’ll be the glue that keeps our operation running smoothly — coordinating schedules, keeping clients in the loop, and making sure our technicians are armed with the info and gear they need to save the day.

No two days are ever the same here — one moment you’re scheduling a mould remediation job, the next you’re shuffling things around to handle an urgent emergency. And yes, you’ll be our calm in the chaos.

Your daily adventures will include:

Scheduling jobs for our awesome technicians.

Allocating the right people and gear for each project.

Confirming bookings with clients (and giving them the warm Subitus welcome).

Dispatching our team and ensuring they’re ready for action.

Keeping records up-to-date like the admin legend you are.

Handling unexpected curveballs like a pro.

About You

We’ll train you on the restoration ropes — but we’re looking for someone who’s:

Tech-savvy with great computer skills.

Organised with a knack for prioritising.

Friendly & approachable – you’re the kind of person people like talking to.

Calm under pressure (you could make a cuppa in the middle of a cyclone).

Flexible and adaptable – change doesn’t scare you.

Detail-focused – because small things matter.
