Program Manager Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced construction leader to guide and inspire a team of Project Managers, driving excellence across a portfolio of major projects. In this role, you will set the strategic direction, build capability, and ensure your team has the support they need to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and oversight to Project Managers across multiple projects

Mentor, coach, and develop Project Managers to enhance capability and performance

Ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to specification

Oversee program-level planning, resourcing, and performance monitoring

Review project reports, budgets, and schedules to maintain alignment with contractual and client expectations

Proactively manage risks and remove obstacles to maintain delivery momentum

Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders

Provide guidance on complex construction issues and ensure consistent operational standards

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

Proven leadership experience managing Project Managers or senior site leaders in construction

Track record overseeing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously

Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and WHS legislation

Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence teams

Experience in program oversight, budget management, and contract administration

Tertiary or trade qualifications in construction, engineering, or a related discipline (builder’s licence advantageous)

Ideal for a seasoned Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager ready to take on program-level leadership
