Our client, a faith affiliated humanitarian Charity in North Sydney, is looking for a part-time Office Coordinator for a temp to perm opportunity.

The role will be a job share, with one position being 2 days a week and the other 3 days a week. There is also the option to work shorter hours (9AM – 3PM) if suitable for your situation. The role is a temp to perm opportunity with an immediate start.

You will be the office go-to for all things administration, supporting the team with projects that ultimately support vital international projects.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Providing a welcoming telephone and office reception to callers and visitors
  • Responding to supporter enquiries and processing donation into Raisers Edge
  • Organising team meetings, including room bookings, agendas, minutes, action lists and other follow up
  • Support with the onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Finance tasks such as accounts payable, credit card reconciliations and reporting requirements
  • Assisting with events administration and coordination.

We are looking for:

  • Someone who is highly organised and detail-oriented
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Confident using Microsoft Office
  • Experienced in an administrative or coordination role (Charity experience is a bonus)
  • Commitment to the values and mission of humanitarian work
  • Someone who is immediately available (no notice period) and looking for part-time hours.
