Our client, a Property Management business based in Cremorne, is looking for an organised, proactive, and personable Office Administrator / Team Assistant to support the team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is an ongoing temporary basis with a view to go permanent, if all goes well.
This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the central point of contact in the office, supporting both the team and clients with administrative tasks, coordination, and general office operations.
This is a supportive and friendly team where you have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role. You will gain exposure to the property industry and work in a central office location with public transport access close by.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide admin support to Property Managers and the wider team
Act as the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and contractors
Manage incoming correspondence, calls, and emails
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and maintain office calendars
Maintain and order office supplies, manage mail and couriers
Assist with document preparation, filing, and database management
Support with onboarding new staff and liaising with external providers
To be successful, you will need previous experience in an administrative, team assistant, or office coordinator role. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, Excellent communication and a high level of attention to detail is a must.
