We have an exciting opportunity for an Onboarding & Engagement Manager to join our team. This is a critical role in which you are tasked with heading up an ambitious, hungry team who are responsible for our client’s experience, optimising process and exceeding agreed service levels.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage and resolve client complaints and complex queries with speed, ownership and care.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to investigate and respond thoroughly and promptly.
  • Restore confidence through personalised communication, timely updates, and proactive follow-up.
  • Track themes, share insights, and help reduce future complaints through smarter service delivery.
  • Drive and create innovative material to increase engagement

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong experience in complaints resolution, service recovery, or dispute handling — ideally B2B. Regulatory experience is a HUGE plus.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a calm, empathetic approach.
  • A natural drive to fix, improve, and take accountability.
  • Confident navigating competing priorities with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Analytical thinking when increasing engagement based on acquired data/trends
