It’s time to step into a serious sales role where your hustle drives your income, and your results speak volumes. We’re on the lookout for a driven, competitive go-getter to join our Business Development Team at Century 21 Novocastrian as an Investor Consultant.
This role isn’t for the faint-hearted or the lazy. It’s for someone who thrives under pressure, chases goals hard, and loves turning conversations into signed managements.
You’ll take control of your pipeline, income, and client experience—managing your day with the support of an experienced team and systems that work. Daily tasks include outbound calls, lead follow-up, appraisals, client onboarding, and collaboration with sales and property management teams.
If you’re in sales, working weekends and late nights to put deals together, and want more balance without limiting your earning potential—this is your opportunity. You’ll need to back yourself, and we’ll back you with the tools and support to dominate.
What You’ll Be Doing
Prospecting new business and generating high-quality leads
Building a strong referral network of landlords and partners
Conducting appraisals and confidently closing deals
Converting leads into long-term managements
Working side-by-side with our high-performing sales and PM teams
What You Bring to the Table
2–5 years’ experience in real estate or B2C/B2B sales
Track record of smashing targets and owning your numbers
Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly
Obsessively organised with laser-focused follow-up
You’re reliable, self-motivated, and always switched on
Real Estate Certificate or License (or willingness to get it fast) and a valid driver’s licence are a must.
