The Client Manager is ideal for experienced public accounting professionals (CA/CPA qualified) with 3–5+ years in public practice who are looking to move beyond compliance work and focus on client relationship management and strategic advisory services.

This role serves as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing client engagement, and supporting the implementation of professional development programs. The role involves a strong focus on client communication, project management, program delivery, analytics, and the use of modern digital tools (e.g., GHL, Kajabi, Zoom, Monday.com).

Managing client relationships and expectations

CA/CPA qualified with public practice experience
