The Role
We’re looking for a confident, capable and commercially minded Senior Account Manager to join our senior leadership team. This isn’t just a delivery role—it’s a seat at the table.
You’ll lead production campaigns at scale, manage complex global supply chains, and define our next phase as you help us build out Account Management team dovetailing with client requirements You’ll be expected to take full ownership of your projects, delivering results independently and making informed decisions along the way. We’ll trust you to drive outcomes without micromanagement—you’ll need the confidence and experience to manage delivery autonomously, while keeping commercial goals in sight.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage high-value client portfolios across retail, fashion and lifestyle brands
- Deliver 3D POS campaigns end-to-end—from ideation through to install
- Coordinate offshore production and global supply-chain operations with precision
- Lead client communications, timelines, reporting, invoicing and financial management
- Build client trust, unlock new opportunities, and increase account value
- Contribute to strategic planning, commercial goal-setting and team leadership
- Shape, recruit and train your own AM team within the next 12 months
- Opportunity to generate new business with an uncapped commission structure
You Will Bring
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in client services, production or project delivery (agency or brand side)
- Hands-on 3D POS experience and exposure to print/POS campaign execution
- Confidence managing international supply chain and offshore manufacturing timelines
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
- A highly organised, commercially astute mindset—focused on value, margin and delivery
- Leadership potential (or experience), with a drive to train and grow others
- An appreciation for both the creative and operational sides of marketing delivery
