The Position
Incredibly versatile role, which will see you learn every part of the sales process and be a part of a vibrant and growing agency.

The successful applicant will possess;

Excellent personal presentation

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be proactive

Have excellent multi-tasking, organisational and administrative skills

Excellent communication skills both written and verbally

Ability to learn marketing, face to face presentations, cold calling, database marketing, lead generation and sales skills

Love working within a team, and possess a fun and energetic personality

Duties will include;

Sales Associate duties for the leading salesperson in the Hervey Bay Office

Managing and booking appointments

Preparing proposals and associated documentation

Client management

Keeping Clients updated on developments through the campaign from exchange to settlement (and beyond!)

Responding to purchaser inquiries and qualifying buyers

Delivering impeccable customer service to clients and buyers

Marketing

Lead generation

Database cultivation

Open homes and face to face client servicing
