Account Manager / Sales - Scaffolding | $100K + Super + Career Growth

About the role

We're looking for a driven Account Manager to join a well-established scaffolding business in Western Sydney. Whether you're fresh into account management and eager to learn or an experienced sales professional with an existing client base, this role offers the chance to own accounts from first contact to project delivery. Salary will be tailored to your experience, and you'll be supported with hands-on training to succeed.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and developers

Use provided contacts and database to generate new opportunities

Collaborate with estimators to create competitive project packages

Attend client meetings, present scopes, and negotiate deals

Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout project delivery

Skills & experience

Construction background essential - scaffolding experience highly regarded

Sales or account management experience (all levels considered)

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Confident making calls and meeting clients onsite

CRM/database experience
