NSW Account Manager - Bodriggy Brewing Co.

Location: Sydney | Full time

Includes: Fuel Card, phone, laptop and quarterly sales bonuses.

Bodriggy Brewing Co. is growing and for the first time, we’re hiring our own NSW based Account Manager to represent our brand on the ground.

This is a unique opportunity to lead the charge in one of our fastest growing states and be the face of a nationally recognised independent brewery with deep roots in Melbourne’s Abbotsford.

Bodriggy Brewing Co. is a proudly independent brewpub and wholesale brewery making small batch flavour packed beers that are fun, approachable and full of personality. We believe in brewing with integrity, pushing the boundaries and staying true to our community-led roots.

We’re currently ranged in the Endeavour Group and Coles planograms across VIC and TAS, placing Bodriggy firmly on the map as a nationally recognised brand. With strong distribution already established along the east coast, NSW is our next big focus — and this role is your opportunity to lead that charge.

The Role:

As our NSW Account Manager, you’ll work closely with our existing distributor while building and managing a direct customer base across on-premise and off-premise venues.

Your mission? To grow brand awareness, deepen customer relationships, and increase ranging across key NSW regions.

Key responsibilities:

● Maintain and grow a strong customer base across NSW

● Lead sales conversations and proactively respond to inbound enquiries

● Collaborate with our distribution partner to support and expand ranging

● Manage and grow sales in on-premise and off-premise channels

● Execute national and local campaigns, tastings and activations

● Work with MSO groups like Ritchies IGA and other banner accounts

● Plan and manage an effective call cycle and territory strategy

● Track performance, meet sales KPIs and report directly to the National Sales Manager

Who You Are:

● Experienced in FMCG or liquor sales (beer industry experience a plus)

● Confident in managing a territory and juggling priorities independently

● Self-driven, solutions-focused and genuinely passionate about beer

● A clear communicator and relationship-builder who can think on your feet

● Comfortable working autonomously while staying connected to a VIC-based HQ

Requirements:

● 5+ years experience in sales or account management with a proven track record of driving growth and exceeding targets

● Must hold a valid RSA

● Must have the right to permanently work full time in Australia

● Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

● Based in NSW (Sydney preferred)
