About the role
Our client is seeking an experienced Contracts and Procurement Officer who lead contract and supplier management activities, including building strong stakeholder relationships, overseeing contract lifecycles and compliance.

Duties

• Build and maintain stakeholder and supplier relationships
• Oversee contract close-out, extensions, and renewals
• Provide expert support and review for contract management
• Manage supplier contracts and purchase orders in SAP per finance policy
• Maintain contractor time sheeting access and end-of-month processing
• Coordinate security asset logistics and maintenance
• Ensure timely and accurate equipment records in the database

Skills & experience

• Proven experience in drafting comprehensive procurement documentation, including Approvals to Approach the Market, Evaluation Reports, and Approvals to Commit and Enter into Arrangements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in contract management, complemented by well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in SAP GUI, with expertise in entering purchase orders and contracts, and generating system reports
