Pipe Couplings (A/Asia) Pty Ltd was established in 1972 and is one of Australia's Leading manufacturers of Poly Pipe and Fittings. We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales and Administration professional to join our team.

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for supporting our customers through effective sales and order processing, as well as assisting our administration team to manage our commercial arrangements with suppliers and customers.

Key responsibilities

Handle incoming customer inquiries and orders via phone, email and online platforms.

Work with the Administration team to manager international and local supply chains, debtors, creditors, Stock management and general business processes.

Supports sales team with quotes, logistics and general enquiries.

Maintain and update client database as required.

What we're looking for

Experience in an internal sales, and/or administration.

Ability to gain product knowledge to support our sales team.

A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and attention to detail excellent communication skills.

A self starter who demonstrates a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.

Possesses strong organisational skills, adept at prioritising tasks and managing time efficiently.

Outstanding Customer Service with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving

Works effectively as part of a team, contributing positively to group dynamics and achieving collective goals.

Proficiency in utilising the Microsoft Office Suite, CRM & ERP or inventory management programs.
