About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administration & Sales Customer Assistant to join our dynamic team at Industrial Sugar Mills - Trading as ISMpak in North Rocks, NSW. In this we are seeking someone for a full-time hours however we are also open to discussing variations such as school hours (9am-3pm) depending on the applicant. Salary will be dependent on skills & experience; you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative and sales support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Handling customer inquiries and providing prompt and professional assistance

Processing sales orders, invoices, and other administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency

Maintaining detailed records and updating customer information in our database

Coordinating with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service

Providing administrative support to the broader team as required

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales and administrative processes

What we're looking for

Strong administrative and customer service skills with a proven track record

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experience

Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office suite

Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow

Relevant experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the administration or office support industry
