We’re on the lookout for a down-to-earth Administration Officer to join our friendly Sales team at our head office in Huntingwood. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team of 4, supporting our sales and production crews across SA, VIC, QLD and NSW. This isn’t your average desk job. You’ll need to be comfortable working around trucks, we’re talking signing them in/out, doing walkarounds, and keeping a sharp eye on the details. No heavy lifting required, just confidence, care, and a keen eye for detail.

🧰 What you’ll be doing (a bit of everything, really!):

Processing sales orders

Keeping our files and production schedules in check

Raising and receipting purchase orders

Managing customer vehicle movements

Doing damage checks on new vehicles (eagle eyes welcome!)

Jumping in to support your teammates when needed

📝 What we’re looking for:

2+ years’ admin experience

ERP system know-how (bonus points for MYOB Acumatica)

CRM experience (extra kudos for Salesforce)

A serious eye for detail

A team player who isn’t afraid to get involved
