THE ROLE
This is a hybrid administration, EA to the Partners, social media, and candidate resourcing role. The role is full-time and in the office 5 days per week.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
General administration duties including emailing clients and candidates, answering calls, greeting clients, compliance and document management.
Assisting the consulting team with social media – advertising on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook using Canva.
Resourcing candidates by reviewing resumes and using Seek & LinkedIn recruiter software for various roles.
Writing reports, reference checks & seek advertisements.
Organising firm corporate & social events.
Invoicing clients for candidate placements and assisting our bookkeeper with monthly expenses.
Operational office tasks - ensure the kitchen is operational, weekly groceries, collect mail.
Doing personal administrative tasks for both the partners.
YOU
Diligent, hard-working, committed, 'roll the sleeves up' and down-to-earth individual.
Extremely organised and possess exceptional written & time management skills.
Be a creative, pro-active and unique thinker who can contribute ideas to assist the firm’s marketing and social media.
This is a full-time position. You may be starting your university studies at night and want to earn money working full-time for the first 2-3 years. Undertaking Accounting, Law, IT, Engineering, Human Resources or Business degrees are advantageous.
The role would also suit a working parent with a tertiary degree who has previous recruitment firm experience.
