You love closing new business, managing high-value client accounts, and overseeing execution of programs and campaigns across multiple service lines.
You’ll work closely with the founder to scale a growing business, taking ownership of revenue, client success, and delivery outcomes. This is a role for a driver, someone who thrives in a high performance, high-opportunity environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales (New Business & Growth)
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close and onboarding
Develop tailored proposals and pitch presentations that win business
Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Sell in programs and services with confidence and clarity
Account Management
Manage a portfolio of 10–15 high-value accounts
Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships
Conduct regular reviews to present results and recommend next steps
Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Program & Campaign Execution
Oversee delivery of client programs and campaigns end-to-end
Coordinate internal team members and contractors to meet timelines and scope
Ensure every deliverable is on time, in scope, and producing ROI
Track and report on campaign performance and outcomes
Tech & CRM Leadership
Leverage CRM (Zoho preferred) to manage pipeline, accounts, and reporting
Ensure data accuracy, lead tracking, and sales activity documentation
Use technology and automation tools to streamline processes and reporting
Comfortable with digital tools for communication, marketing, and analytics
Skills & Experience
5+ years in agency sales, B2B professional services, or similar high-performance sales environments
Proven ability to sell, account manage, and deliver programs at the same time
Tech savvy — confident in CRMs, reporting tools, and digital marketing platforms
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent communicator — able to present, negotiate, and influence at senior levels
Competitive, resourceful, and driven to exceed targets
