Job Title: IT Project Administrator
Location: North Parramatta
Job Type: 4 days in office per week
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 base + Super

About Your New Role
In this role, you will support the successful delivery of projects by providing comprehensive administrative support to the project team. You will be a key point of contact for project coordination, documentation, scheduling, and communication across stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines, meetings, and deliverables.
- Schedule and coordinate monthly Steering Committee meetings, including agenda preparation and action tracking
- Coordinate and monitor the progress of multiple concurrent ERP migration projects
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
- Track progress and update project management tools and systems.
- Coordinate communication between team members, clients, and external partners.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action logs.
- Support budget tracking and procurement processes as required.
- Ensure compliance with company and project policies, procedures, and standards.
About You
- Proven experience in an administrative or project support role, ideally within an IT team
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Exposure to ERP systems or technology projects is highly desirable but not essential
