Jira Service Management, Process Uplift & Multi-Stream Delivery

• 6-Month Fixed Term - high potential for extension and conversion to perm

Our Client is a digital healthcare company delivering technology solutions that connect healthcare providers and patients.

As part of a major transition to Jira Service Management, they’re now looking for a Project Manager to lead delivery across three high-impact, complex business areas.

This role will support enterprise-wide transformation of service request and incident management processes.

With concurrent go-lives already underway, shifting priorities, and change fatigue in pockets of the business - this is a hands-on, high-autonomy PM role where your ability to build relationships quickly whilst driving delivery, will be key.

You must be confident doing you own validation sense checking with stakeholders, managing ambiguity, and building alignment applying an enterprise-level lens to everything you do.

This is a hands-on delivery role, reporting to the Program Manager EPMO, who’s looking to step into a more strategic role and hand over the reins on this key portfolio of work.

Why This Role Exists
The business is centralising and standardising how it manages service requests and incident handling - and this program will bring multiple high-touch areas into the Jira ecosystem.

You’ll own the delivery plan, work through technical integration challenges, align teams on process, and overcome change fatigue in areas that have seen significant transformation already.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver a multi-stream Jira Service Management rollout across diverse business areas
• Engage stakeholders with shifting or unclear priorities - bringing clarity, drive, and follow-through
• Lead cross-functional coordination across tech, shared services, and operations
• Align service processes to new frameworks and ensure readiness for future ITIL adoption
• Translate business needs into Jira Service Management workflows (request, incident, back-end configuration)
• Switch effortlessly between streams and priorities - sometimes multiple times a day
• Own the delivery plan and execution, with direction and support from the Program Manager
• Champion process alignment, platform integration, and stakeholder buy-in

About You

• Curious, tenacious, and calm under pressure
• You’re a technical PM with experience working across the Atlassian suite (especially Jira on the back end)
• You’ve delivered complex, multi-stream projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Extremely strong stakeholder management - you know how to hold the line, push through change resistance, and keep delivery on track
• You’ve worked in complex EPMO or enterprise-level environments, and understand the landscape where competing priorities and partial buy-in are the norm
• You thrive when given autonomy and direction, and you’re comfortable building out plans from scratch
• You are looking for something long-term - you will have the ability to grow and make a lasting impact in the maturity of the business's IT processes and frameworks
• Ideally familiar with ITIL frameworks or large-scale service delivery transformation
