Our client, a leading insurance provider, is embarking on a high-impact HR integration project and subsequently looking to hire a new Project Manager into the PMO.

Reporting to the program manager, this role offers a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of people, process, and technology.

You'll be the linchpin connecting HR, IT, and business leadership to ensure a smooth, cohesive transition that supports employees, strengthens culture, and delivers operational alignment.

Skill set / Experience needed:

• Proven experience leading complex business or HR transformation projects, ideally in a merger or integration context
• Confident stakeholder manager, able to build trust across HR, legal, IT, and executive teams
• Strong understanding of HR operations and systems, even if not technically hands-on
• Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of the HR integration project, ensuring alignment of people, processes, and systems.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, HR teams, IT, and external vendors to define and deliver integration milestones.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks across organisational change, including workforce structure, policies, payroll, performance, and talent systems.
• Coordinate the integration of HR platforms (e.g. payroll, HCM, ATS) without directly managing the technical build.
• Establish governance forums, reporting cadences, and project communication plans.
• Champion change management: support cultural alignment, communicate effectively, and drive adoption of new HR processes and tools.
• Support decision-making through analysis of current-state vs future-state processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies during transition.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days in office / 3 days WFH.
