Large Tier 2 contractor with over 30 years of experience, specialising in commercial air conditioning for mid to large-scale projects. They are a business that prioritises their people, with a reputation for providing training and working on outstanding projects.

About the role:
Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Project Manager to work within the commercial and healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivering mechanical projects up to $10 million.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and deliver projects on time, in budget and in scope
• Responsible for monitoring project budget
• Manage the relationship between the business and all external contractors engaged to conduct services
• Work closely with Project Team, on project progression and variations
• Identify risk within the project and communicate to appropriate parties
• Maintain and develop a healthy culture of learning and improvement amongst project teams

About You

• A Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant field is essential.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role.
• Proven aptitude for multitasking and managing several projects simultaneously, while ensuring attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is preferred.
