TMR & DRFA Works Across QLD

$140k–$160k + Uplift + Super | Long-Term Pipeline of Work

We’re seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in civil infrastructure to join a well-regarded contractor delivering TMR and DRFA projects across Queensland. This is a FIFO role on a 2/1 roster from Brisbane, offering long-term security and career progression.

You’ll be part of a proven delivery team on regional road construction, rehabilitation, and flood recovery works - including pavements, drainage, culverts, and safety upgrades.

The Role:

As a Project Engineer, you’ll be responsible for managing a defined scope of works across key civil packages. Key duties include:

• Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of project programs and daily work plans
• Managing subcontractor coordination, procurement, and site logistics
• Overseeing quality control, document management, and TMR/DRFA compliance
• Supporting cost tracking, progress claims, and project reporting
• Driving safety culture through leadership in HSEQ processes
• Working closely with the Project Manager and Supervisors to deliver on schedule

You’ll gain exposure across the full lifecycle of TMR and DRFA projects with room to step into broader leadership responsibilities over time.

You’ll Need:

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering
• 3-6+ years of site-based experience in civil infrastructure
• Prior exposure to TMR and/or DRFA projects (essential)
• Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to commit to a 2/1 FIFO roster from Brisbane.
