Our client is a leading Sydney based Australian landscape design and construction company delivering exceptional outdoor environments across the residential and multi residential space.

Working as part of the leadership group your primary responsibility will be to ensure delivery of multiple projects on time and to agreed financial budgets, while driving systematic improvements that optimise operational efficiencies across the group.

Your key responsibilities:

Take a lead role in the management of multiple concurrent landscape construction projects from pre-construction through to project handover.

Establish, oversee and drive adherence to strict Project Schedules, while managing and communicating variations in a timely and professional manner.

Manage and oversee budgets, cost control and variances as well as material procurement.

Oversee the preparation and issuance of periodic progress claims and client handover documentation.

Drive and inspire ongoing process improvement and operational efficiency.

Your qualities & experience will include:

A background in project management, construction, estimating or project delivery.

Experience in landscape construction, built form or design.

Strong leadership capability coupled with exceptional communication skills.

Demonstrable skills in managing complex programs.

Strategic planning and performance delivery capability.

A great attitude, the ability to be flexible and the desire to work as part of a cohesive deadline driven team.

Experience with BuilderTrend or equivalent platforms an advantage.

Tertiary qualifications preferred.
