The role

Are you an experienced Project Manager or one ready to step up into a Senior Project Manager role? As a result of some recent project wins you'll have the opportunity to work on impactful projects and grow your career with us. As a Project Manager at CTPG, you'll play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of education and commercial projects. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Report directly to the Directors and leadership team of the company

Lead and manage high profile projects from inception to completion

Develop and grow relationships with key consultants and client stakeholders

Contribute to learning and development of our talented team

Represent CTPG as an industry leader, shaping the company’s future success.

Ensure seamless project delivery - overseeing project budgets, timelines, and risk management.

Essential criteria:

A degree in Construction Management, Building Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Architecture or a related field

Strong leadership and project team management skills

Exemplary written and verbal communication skills

Relevant project management experience within the property and construction sector

Proven track record of successfully delivering high profile projects. Project experience within the education and commercial sectors is highly desirable

Australian Citizenship or Permanent Australian Residency

Driving License
